Please be aware that The Craft Beer Cottage does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
If your product suffers damage in transit, we require that photographic evidence with your Order Number, Name, and Delivery Address be immediately sent to email@example.com.
Please note that Beer Cans often have minor dents in them. These are cosmetic only and do not affect the product. We will not issue refunds or credits for cosmetic damage of this kind.
Unless otherwise advised by us, any damaged stock must be returned to The Craft Beer Cottage. Once your damaged item is received and inspected, we will send you a notification email advising that we have received it. Damaged stock will be investigated and, if required and depending on the circumstances, may be replaced or a refund issued. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement request. If your request is approved, your replacement will be shipped per our shipping policy or your refund will be processed. In this case, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit or debit card.
