WE SHIP TO ADDRESSES IN VICTORIA, NEW SOUTH WALES, THE AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY, QUEENSLAND, WESTERN AUSTRALIA, SOUTH AUSTRALIA, AND TASMANIA.
*We do not currently ship our products outside of Australia. International purchasers must list a valid Australian address.
If you wish to ship an order to a non-residential Australian address, please ensure the Business/Company name is included in the address details under the text field “COMPANY”.
Orders are dispatched once processed. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.
Shipping Rates Australia-wide:
- Mixed 12 Packs, Build Your Own 6 and 12 Pack, & Gift Packs/Hampers = $12.00 per pack
- Mixed 24 Pack = $17.00 per pack
When you order more than one pack, please enter your chosen products to your shopping cart to check the applicable charges. The additional charges are calculated based on the product weight and number of packs.
Delivery
Our Delivery Partner is Australia Post. Delivery processes and timings will be per Australia Post Policy.
We are unable to give a guaranteed time of delivery. While we do aim to have parcels delivered within 7-10 business days from dispatch, this is a guideline only as couriers cannot always meet this deadline.
Refunds will not be issued for delays outside our delivery time frames. Orders cannot be refunded once they are on board for delivery.
IN LINE WITH AUSTRALIAN RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL (RSA) LAWS, IT IS A CONDITION OF DELIVERY THAT YOUR BEER PARCEL BE ACCEPTED BY A PERSON OVER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS.
Please note that if you provide instructions to leave the delivery without a signature, the Purchaser accepts all risks associated with this. The Craft Beer Cottage will not accept liability for any damage or loss as a result of items being lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has occurred.
Please enter all details carefully when completing the checkout process. Misspelt/inaccurate information often results in significant delays or non-delivery of parcels.
If a parcel is returned to The Craft Beer Cottage due to either an incorrect delivery address, failure of the recipient to collect the parcel from their local Post Office or Courier Depot, or delivery refusal, an email will be sent to the Purchaser notifying them of the returned parcel. The Purchaser will have 20 calendar days thereafter to arrange redelivery. If redelivery is requested by the Purchaser at this time, the delivery charges plus a $15 admin fee will be charged. If no response is received by The Craft Beer Cottage within 20 calendar days from the date the notification email was sent to the Purchaser, the parcel will be deemed forfeited.
